Join 5 other women for an experience of self exploration and releasing what no longer serves you.

This workshop allows us to focus on the feelings held within our bodies. Our acknowledgement of them is the key to their release. The way to accomplish this is to go within and feel them for perhaps the first time. Through Reiki and a guided mediation you will be able to identify what no longer serves you. Allowing you to choose what to release from your life through a fire ceremony.
